Republising/reprinting endnotes

How was this made?

The script dom_to_markdown.js was used in conjunction with manual scraping of the webpage, the markdown produced as a result was converted with pandoc to typst:

pandoc -f markdown -t typst -o <output.typ> <input.md>

Which afterwards was typeset with figures and diagrams sourced from digital copies of the original print release, found on archive.org. The typesetting has attempted to mimic the original, but has also taken certain typographical liberties.
