Currently the typst demo uses a5 page sizing, but the printshop lasertryk.dk does offer alternative sizes such as 155x230 cm (which they recommend
for big novels) or custom self-set sizes.

And in that case also deciding whether to use footnotes or sidenotes, which would decide what size would be best.
